Pig’s rap on LL is a classic! I wonder if the dude he was ragging on ever hooked up with the girl next to him? No complaints about the sound quality, and Charlie Miller quality recording. For some reason (might be the Wonka Bars), the drumming throughout is just incredible, it really stands out to my ears. The energy and synchronization between Billy and Mickey is amazing. Short show but I wonder if this is available on CD or ALAC?

on this snowy monday morning in central Pennsylvania, i sit and listen to a historic moment in history. show is the shit. sound is amazing for 52 years. thank you charlie so much for all you do

This is brilliant! And anyone below worrying about the quality of the sound needs a new life. What a treasure at 51 years!

a coup;e hours late here. Just glad these tapes still survive the sewer of America and these times even worse than they were 48 years ago. Soon this will all be dust.

Happy Solstice everyone. Since today is the 'end of the world' what better way than to review a Charlie Miller Dead show :)

This recording starts off with Lovelight, and just fries from there. I do love that acid-drenched sound, so Other One, Aligator, Caution, Feedback and Bid You, are all stellar versions. 44 years and very vibrant. 5***** Hot, hot hot !

i actually think the sound is pretty crappy, but don't let that deter you from this show. it's a HOT '68 barn burner as usual...Alligator>Drums>Alligator>Caution is very feisty!

Can't believe that here is yet another gorgeous Charlie Miller soundboard and no reviews. If you love that heavy, acid-drenched 1968 sound then don't miss this one. The sound is great (forty one years folks...!) and the 'Aligator' just cooks - as good a version as I have heard. There is no 'Star' but this is Pig's show with a storming 'Lovelight' and a soulful 'Hurts'. Some slight tape hiss but a 5* performance!
